KEEN - Hiking Patrol

Welcoming in the Autumn/Winter ‘23 season, we joined KEEN and Hiking Patrol in celebrating their debut collaboration.

A debut collaboration between KEEN and Hiking Patrol - a curated digital space for lifestyle and outdoor exploration - sees the two take on the Jasper “Rocks” silhouette to celebrate 15 years of the model. Inspired by the fascinating and mysterious world of frogs, namely the Cuban and Phantasmal Poison, the two collaborative colourways come in Cuban Beige and Phantasmal Red and mimic the unique colours of the amphibian's skin. The resulting partnership accelerates the evolution of KEEN from an icon of adventure to a cultural icon, transcending its original purpose of function-focused products to a combination of form and function.

Our mission to try this new collaboration in appropriate outdoor surroundings led us to one of our favourite local coastline spots, Cove Coastal Path. Originally a climbing-inspired sneaker - now updated with a bungee-lace system for easier access on and off the foot - the Jasper Rocks was the perfect partner for a late summer sunset scramble. The Jasper Rocks have many design features that enhance your relationship with your surroundings, including a low-profile rubber outsole for a connected ground feel, a contoured fit that conforms to the natural shape of your foot, environmentally preferred leather from LWG-certified tannery and Eco Anti-Odour for natural odour control.
